Umm, maybe you shouldn't date a guy who steps on your back to make himself feel better. Do you like being used as a doormat? Doesn't sound like it because you cry so much...

About your question: It probably depends on the reason. If you cry because you are depressed, then the depression is bad for you. Crying because your happy - good!! Crying does make your eyes red and puffy and saggy and bloodshot....

It sounds like your hurting...my heart goes out to you.

Hey, do me a favor and just read to yourself what you wrote. Now take a moment to think of all the things that would make an unhealthy relationship. Compare notes. I'm sure you'll find a lot of the things you wrote down on that list will match what you wrote here. Get out now.

Crying is not harmful to the body or else we wouldn't have tear ducts.

But what is happening to you is harmful. Your boyfriend is abusing you. You need to get out now. Don't wait. I'm going to give you a link that you can use if you need it, but if you have family close, go to them. Let them keep you safe. Get away from this man.

Here's a link to get you started:

No, it's good for the body when it's needed, but you seriously need to get rid of this guy. No offence, but he seems just to be playing with you, or enjoys making you cry, I'm serious, danger hides around every corrner, and around ever corrner is danger.

If he makes you cry every day you've absolutely got to move on. He's emotionally distroying you.
