My Computer wont shut off. when i push shut off it log off and save all the setting then it just say Window is shutting off at the end where they show the blue screen.

Press and hold the power button until it finally goes off. You have to hold it for about 5 seconds. Sometimes computers do weird things.

that's a bug in the system, just press your start button for about 5 seconds and your computer will shut down correctly without losing any stuff

Look in your BIOS. There should be a power setting to identify if you have an AT or an ATX power supply. Make sure it is set for ATX.

AT cannot shut down automatically. ATX can.

I have a problem with my computer not shutting off too. I sometimes just have to unplug it.

Right click om bottom blue task bar. Then click on task manager. Then click on the top part where it says shut down.
