Don't think in any way that there is something wrong with you for feeling the way that you did when you seen her. It is natural when you loved someone as you must obviously have loved her that you would feel some sort of depressed to a degree. As someone else mentioned in their answer, time does make it get easier. You spent a year and a half with her and have only been apart 11 months. Eventually you will get to the point that you move on in life enough that the sight of her doesn't have that effect on you but there is nothing wrong with it until you get there. Just be glad that you had the time that you did have if you really loved her. Obviously since it didn't work out then God has bigger & better things in store for you! Good luck to you.

I believe that is because you have strong feeling for her still , When you loved some one it does not go away just because you broke up , she will always be in your heart , the best thing to is try and find some one that you can try and love but do not try to find one that reminds you of her because it will not work out if you do , or maybe try and talk to your ex- girlfriend and see how she is feeling and maybe she is feeling the same way and it may not have to be over , some time you don't know what you got until it is gone .....

She's continually calling you? And sending a grimy comic tale for your cellular? ok, 2 weeks in the past you went to lunch. She regarded warm (do not each and every of the exes do this!) and also you instructed her so - even with if the thanks to assert "you seem warm" ironicly and nevertheless have or not that's taken as a praise is previous me! it might want to truly be flattering to have her calling and making suggestive come-ons, you're a needed guy, lol. yet for 2 weeks she's been calling and probably texting and also you have not positioned the stoppers on? She knows you're married (would not she?) and he or she for sure would not care, strike one.. imagine what she'd be like in a relationship - yet then, you've already been there and obviously it did not exercising consultation, so why are you even wonderful this? because she seems warm? because that's including somewhat spice? because that's flattering to imagine that this warm chick needs you? Why did it end? possibly you should imagine of that.. and probably you should take a jiffy to imagine of a devestatingly handsome ex coming again into your different halves existence and wanting to take her out for some "excitement". Oh and calling her, texting her dirty jokes.. and then imagine the way you'll sense if she did not immediatly say that she develop into thankfully married and fairly appeared to imagine it develop into thoroughly harmless making comments about how warm he's. imagine it through, with a bit of luck you do not destroy each and every thing only for some less expensive thrills (be it some cheeky calls or some thing extra). Take your spouse out to a hotel for the nighttime and stoke the fireplace there! good luck! EDIT: hi Jose, ok so there have been raised eyebrows on the decision female upward push up then :)? wish all of it works out, please attempt to imagine about this the way your spouse might want to be seeing it, i believe that if we anticipate of about how our movements are percieved we may be able to regularly paintings issues out.

thats a question not alot of people can answer or even understand. You must still have feelings for her and they may not be the same type of feelings you had before, when being in love and to gether that long to jsut stop seeing eachother is a killer. If you would have seen her randomly every now and then it wouldn't hurt so much. Your not used to seeing her with out you. i feel your pain...just stay strong..

Probably because when you see her it brings up all the old memories. If the ex is out of sight , she's out of mind. Theres been times where I've seen my ex, and I feel the same way. When were not together I'm so hoping he's either in jail, or dead. And then when I see him on the street, i realize that all of my hopes and dreams have faded.

Don't worry, thats normal. You must have really loved her.
I'm gonna assume you are on the "younger" side? It sometimes takes a very long time to "get over" one of your first serious relationships, but you will, time DOES help (eventually), I hope you feel better and remember you were with her a year and a half, might take almost that long to be over her.

Because u still love her or you have unfinished buisness between you, maybe the 2 of u should get together and see where u stand with each other and then move on.

Sometimes when I would see an ex, it felt like someone punched me in the stomach. Of course, you're sad. You were close once and now you're not. It hurts. Someday it won't, but today it does.

Your names not Jason is it?

...just kidding... just askin because my ex called my house today to talk to my brother (they work together) and I had to answer the phone since no one else was home and I didnt know it was him until I picked it up. It was awkward... (but it didn't depress me... I smiled as I rudely told him my brother wasn't home and hung up quickly.)
