I am wondering if this stuff is really legal and if these men would get out of with a good lawyer.

why should it be illegal? all they have to do is say "No" you are underage. Pretty gross to imagine a 30, 40 or 50 year old guy with a 13 year old. Adults have to take responsibility for what they do. I just hope the parents of the real teen girls are told what they are doing. Maybe some sort of scare tactic would open their eyes. Might save some misery for both sides. mc

How can it be entrapment? these guys come of their own
stupidity. When they see how old the girl is on line, DUH!
They should stop & think with their top head instead of their
bottom one!

It's not illegal because the show has Perverted Justice only go online as minors. The men then contact the supposed minor, because the men initiate it, they are at fault. They could beat the case though with proper representation.

Not for sure if it is entrapment or not, but gotta tell you, whatever it is called, it is good.

I'm actually more suprised they can show they're faces on TV. Why do they blur out faces on other shows like "cops"? I would think that they'd need permission.

It doesn't seem like any of that would hold up in 'our' court of law.
