I brought a Nokia N73 and found it impossible to take action photo. Is there any phone camera of 2 mb can?

No. The problem is that after you press the shutter the camera doens't take the picture immediately so by the time it takes it the action scene is gone.

If you really wanted a digital action picture you would need a digital single lense reflex (SLR) camera. That is not going to happen with a cell phone, no matter how many pixels it has.

Your cell phones camera does not itmediatly take pictures after you press the shutter button. You would need a SLR cammera. Cell phones will not have theese for a VERY long time. {If the ever do have them}.
