I'm sorry, but you really don't give enough info, my friend.
Just HOW do you feel you are going to explode??
there is alot of room in this format to explain & question.
a) I get FRUSTRATED sometimes and I want to EXPLODE just to get it off my chest.
b) I get alot of GAS from certain foods, and if I don't make it to the can in time (And even if I do) I feel ike I'm going to EXPLODE
c) When I cannot breathe, due to my SEVERE Emphysema, I think that my heart is going to EXPLODE.
d) And, then, of course..there IS the anger thing. Do you know that it is a phycological response to chemicals released by your body? If you STOP, BREATHE, RELAX you can help combat this.
Please find someone to talk to, on a regular basis, face-to-face.

What's probably happening is that you are stressed out tremendously.What helps me is daily vitamins and minerals.If I were you I would opt for the vitamins and not the exploding part,life goes on!!!!!!!!!

Usually after Thanksgiving dinner. I get over it though. Sounds like you have a more serious problem.
