The only ones I know of are adult swim fix and toonamijetstream, but those only have a few shows.

you can go on youtube.com and type in the anime and the episode number and you get to watch full length episodes!

Youtube all the way! At youtube, many people upload a wide variety of anime, movies etc. It is definitely a place where you can find and watch animes for free, unless the anime you are looking for is too unpopular (which often is not the case).

DUH, ever heard of YOUTUBE.com? you just type in the search bar whatever you want to find. its free! You dont even need an account to watch vids! you do need one upload though, and its way more fun.^_^
