give them to her when you arrive at her house. that is the time when you give flowers, so i think that would be an appropriate time to give her the earrings. make sure you wrap them nicely, and it would also be good to bring her a single red rose also. i know it sounds chinsey, but one rose is so much better than 12.

You could gift wrap them or if they are in a jewelry box you could tie a single rose to it and present them that way, at her house. Good Luck, hope she loves the earrings!!

i think (to make it more romantic) buy her a bouquet of flowers and put the earring box tucked inside of the bouquet just enough so that she notices them, you should give them to her when you pick her up.
