Manslaughter is a form of homicide (that is, unlawful killing). The exact definitions of homicide offences like murder, manslaughter, abortion, etc. will change between jurisdictions but in a nutshell it goes:

Murder: you intended to kill somebody, and you killed them.
Manslaughter: you killed somebody, but you didn't mean to kill them, but you were doing something dangerous which caused their death so you should still be punished for their death.

Sentences for manslaughter are usually a lot lower that those for murder.

murder that is not pre-meditated or murder unintended

I think those can be two different things though, but they use manslaughter for both

voluntary (murder that was not pre-meditated, but on purpose)
involuntary (murder that was unintentional, like in a car accident or if you ran over someone)
