i know this may sound stupid and corny.. .but... smile.
Really, i'm not joking, being cute, smiling and teasing ppl does 150% more than any makeup
If that fails, yes, Avon and Oriflame cosmetics are good yet not too expensive.

For a glowing skin
It is essential to clean, tone and moisturize skin daily. Take a tsp of milk and honey and massage face with it, followed with an application of a tsp of almond paste and a tsp of sandalwood paste mixed together with the juice of a lemon and some mashed papaya. Scrub your face well with it in slow circular motions; this will cleanse face and glow .....
hair care
Hot oil massages: Warm 2 tsp. of olive oil and 2 tsp. coconut oil and gently massage every part of the scalp for 10-15 minutes. I really like the Rimmel brand that they sell at Walmart. I have always used Clinique and I would not say that Rimmel is as good, but it is less expensive and works well. They have a wide array of colors that work with all skin tones. Avon is nice also, and there are plenty of good deals!

I would suggest those pads for combination skin,or some oil face wash for combination skin if you dont fine any just use it on the bad spots, also you can use salt water if you have combination skin mix it together and wash your face in it,and for your hair use either suave (good and cheap ) or pantene

Avon has some really nice products that are a fraction of what others charge for them. Have a new line of mineral makeup. Works well.
