Because he's an immature JERK! Move on, it's over. He cheated on u, then rubbed it in ur face & made u cry . He's not worth another thot. Don't give him the satisfaction of knowing how much he hurt u. U will get over this. Trust me.

You sound young...thereason why people cheat?? Well either they are not fully satisfied with the person they are with or they are just cold hearted people who dont care about hurting someone who loves them..
