Tell him that his comments make you uncomfortable the next time he does it. Don't be shy about saying it. If this doesn't stop him, tell him you have a boyfriend. If this doesn't stop him tell him he'll have to stop making advances or you'll quit.

First off, it is definitely possible to state your problem w/o bein rude and if u do lose your job over calmly stepping to your boss after he has sexually harassed you, let someone know. If it he does fire you, have two accounts on him. First he has sexually harassed you and put that on him if he fires you. Second, he has fired you for no reason except for the fact that you didnt flirt back with him. Makes sense right.. and ur 16??????? many more jobs 2 come in the future so dont sweat this 1 job. Hope it helps.

He's 48yrs old he knows what he is doing is very wrong. And he knows you are young and will more then likely not say or do anything. If you really want to get him, bring a small recorder and try to catch him on tape saying things sexually to you. Then go to your human resources and present your evidence. You CANNOT be fired for reporting a sexual harassment case against someone. Most companies will not hesitate in suspending him for investigation right on the spot.
And more than likely ,your not the first he's done that to.
Next question are you up to the challenge of following through with this matter till the end.
Good luck to you with your current situation. And stay strong cause he's counting on you to be weak.

You need to report this to your human resource manager. Let him/her know that if it does not stop, you will get a lawyer. What your boss is doing is against the law in so many ways. You can say that you are not comfortable talking to your boss directly and that you don't want to loos your job, but this is not acceptable. Frankly, I am not sure why you still want to work for this slime, but if you do, you need someone to intercede for you. And don't worry about bewing rude. Remember that he is the slime.

Look him in the eye when a sexual comment happens. Step back. Say this: "Wow, that sounds like something you'd say to a girlfriend. It's sort of freaking me out. Is that what you meant?"
One of three things will happen:
1) He'll fire you. Go to your state's labor commissioner and go for it.
2) He'll say "yeah, that's what I meant." See #1 above.
3) (most likely) You gave him a great "out" -- he'll stammer, stutter, and explain why you're wrong as to how you heard it. You get to keep your job and he backs off.
Hope it works! Best of luck!

Be firm and crystal clear that you are not interested. Talk to his boss' boss if he doesn't get the message. Talk to your collegaes about it, too. If they fire you, threaten to sue the company, him or both. This is where you need your colleagues as witnesses. You can also bring a voice recorder and tape him.

You really need to carefully resolve this, it is totally unacceptable! I would consider building a base of witnesses and details/dates/comments, then seek the next higher in the food chain to talk to and report this turd!
