The only thing it does is to lower the sperm count to the point where yes, someone who has just masturbated a few times could be considered effectively sterile. It works like this: You have a six-shooter and load six bullets. You fire six times. Your gun is empty until you reload. Same thing.

It does not cause actual sterility because all you have to do is take the time to reload.

No it does not. How many times you ejaculate does not lower sperm count just the volume. Actual sperm cells per Ml. will be the same.
