I have a case involving two witnesses a brother and a sister. The sister was buying a van from here blind br?

The sister is buying a van from here blind brother the sister hands here brother a blank check and with here signiture and told him to write the amount of the van on the check check. the brother heard the van cranck up and ran behind it and tried to open the doors and she backed over him and now he's sewing her. How can I help my Defendent Win this case.
