The best QB of the last 7 years has been Peyton Manning, and there hasn't even been a close #2. I think Palmer is going to get even better than he already is, but we may not see the statistical likes of Manning for a long time.
I think the best proven RB is LaDainian Tomlinson.
As for WR, it's gotta be Marvin Harrison, Torry Holt, Randy Moss, Chad Johnson, and T.O, in that order. You have to stay on the field to be the best, and T.O. can't be trusted to do that anymore, not because of injuries, but because of behavior. In a couple more years, I think Holt will start to slide down the list, and Johnson is steadily rising up the list.
Your Bengals do look good all around though, but these arrests are adding up.

QB- Tom Brady (the guy wins superbowls, he may not have payton's numbers, but what has payton done in the post-season?)
WR- Chad Johnson (as good as Moss or Owens, but he's a team player, at least more so than those two.)
RB- Ladainian Tomlinson (averaging 100 ypg, ran for 98 yards against a ravens defense that had previously been allowing 35 rushing yards per game. Triple threat- running, catching, throwing. May be the best athlete in the nfl.)
