The child may have a learning disability and may have difficulty with fine motor skills. In one extreme case, the child had an obsessive compulsive disorder with writing. He was unable to write without repeating the letter in the air before he put it onto paper. Hope this helps. I tried my best with the limited information I was given.

Writing is a skill that need practising. Your question is too brief that I don't understand what you mean ? E.g are you referring to the neatness of hand writing ? or unable to write, like giving a statement ? or can express but cannot write in words ? Thus, which is which ?

Writing is a thing that must be practice and study all the time.Without study, u will be throw out in writing essay.So i recomend everybody to work hard to get better in writing. I am doing it like this myself too to improve.
