look when u buy an ipod u get a cd with it.. install it into ur pc it will download the ipod software and the itunes and quick time programs
connect the ipod with ur computer using the u.s.b ( it comes with it) then choose ur fav music and drag it into i tunes and choose ur fav videos and drag them into quicktime. thats all! magic :)

download itunes
upload cds that u or other people own or go on the itunes music store to get music
hook usb to comp and connect the other side to the ipod
music should automatically download onto the ipod
