A non-creamy soup like chicken noodle, true comfort food. Or maybe just a good old pb&j. Something that won't take a lot for your system to digest. It sucks being sick. Maybe just take it easy and stay with liquids such as juice. Hope you feel better soon.

Stay away from anthing with milk or milkfat like cereal, cheese, cream soup. Good things would be chicken broth or chicken noodle soup, toast with applesauce. Jello and fruit juices and any liquid to help with dehydration. Simple is best. Beef broth is ok too since it's clear, saltines. Popsicles and I love sherbet when I'm hot and sick. Makes me feel cooler. Hope you feel better soon.

it probably depends on the type of sickness.
for runny nose and sore throat, any kind of soup is probably a good idea.
i had a really bad stomach recently, and what worked for me was bananas and buttered toast. i really drank more than i ate when i was sick though.
i think that's important, actually. remember to drink lots of liquids even if if doesn't taste so good going down. keep hydrated is important. don't drink too much though.

Depends on what type of ailment you are suffering from.Always remember this saying,"STARVE A COLD FEED A FEVER".When u have a simple cold you must drink plenty of vitamin enriched fluids. When you have a fever, you must eat solid foods to break it.

Have foods you can tolerate. Maybe some chicken soup, apple sause, cottage cheese (if you like that) toast and tea is always nice. Scrambled eggs (if you like that). Mac and Cheese is good too. I would go with the comfort foods.

Best to stick with fluids like water, juices, and tea. And eat soup for dinner, any kind will do as long as you like it. Saltines are good too.

You really should just go with something you have a taste for. If you don't feel hungry- and you just need to eat to live- have some soup.

I know the addage goes starve a cold and feed a fever.
I'd eat whatever your craving but don't over do it. Garlic and ginger are good for you if you want to try & boost immune.
