I don't think it's possibly to kill brain cells by listening to music. But, I'm also not a doctor. I've listened to metal since I was about 8. I'm now rounding 30...and I'm just fine!! =)

Only if you're doin' alot of drugs while listening to it. I've been listening to metal for a long time now and all my brain cells are still alive.

No. It can damage your hearing if you turn it up to loud, but it won't kill brain cells. Unless you take a metal CD and shove it into your brain. I don't recommend that, though.

No but rap music can. I listen to metal every flippin day of my life!!! And i turn the volume up alll the way..best way to listen to it *wink* lol..but no it cant and if it should be able too...then thats just all music no just metal...leave metal alone lol
