Doesn't matter on how you change your costume you are still a woman. DNA test will prove that and he still has to pay alimony.
Now Get a real good lawyer and go into court stating that the sex change was done because she did not want to lose the monthly alimony checks. She knew she could ever get married again and would be able to keep collecting. That is the part not legal.

Okay, that is gross! *So I wonder...if he dreams about his ex, will he dream about a woman or a man?*
That man would be faithful since you know remarriage is not an option!!!
But really, alimony is based on the income during the marriage. I don't think it has anything to do with a sex change. Remember he WAS married to IT when IT was still FEMALE. Their marriage was legal in Florida.

I don't think the sex change will allow him out of the alimony payments. It could be an interesting case to take to court though. The idea that now that he is a man makes a new set of circumstances, so the case could be revisited.

well theirs alot of ways to look at it.legally he is wasting his money.he will not get this changed.a sex change is just what it is a sex change.its private area might be differnt but thats it.you can get done whatever you want.you are born either a boy or a girl.he married a women it has nothing to do with what shes does with her body after a divorce.he needs to pay up and prepare for the day the alimony stops.he is wasting his time and money it wont get stopped.

Yes he will have too.
When the marriage certificate was filed...she was a woman
It doesn't matter what they are now.
You can have the courts re evaluate once a year and just see what the judge says....It all depends on what type of judge you get.

Depends on why they were separated in the first place. Regardless of sex, the wife is a person.

What a world we live in! I think he should not have to pay now, but I wouldn't want to be the person who has to solve that issue!
