Does socket 939 support ddr2?

If so, then what's the big deal with socket am2?

No AMD has only added support with the AM2 socket. Sorry.

First guy is right. The second guy clearly has no clue what he is talking about. Frankly the only main difference between 939 and AM2 is the DDR2 support.
