Intending no disrespect, I'm going to rearrange the words in your question to highlight the ambiguity built into it in its present form, and then I'll give you my answer to it.
To me, your question could mean, "If the voices in my head tell me to do something, would I be legally obligated to do it in the sense that I would be breaking the law if I failed to do it?"
Or it could mean, "If the voices in my head tell me to do something that would clearly be illegal for me to do, all other things being equal, would I be breaking the law by doing it even if my hearing the voices was the result of a mental disease or defect that rendered me unable to control my actions or to distinguish right from wrong?
As a purely technical matter, either interpretation makes sense; but we know that the first one cannot possibly be true. It is of course perfectly possible that you could hear a voice that tells you to do something that you are already, or will be in due time, legally obligated to do, such as paying your telephone bill. But it is not possible for the legal obligation to have been created solely because you heard the voice. Nor does hearing voices excuse the commission of a crime unless you are far enough gone to have a legitimate insanity defense.

Nope... They are just giving you suggestions. At times, you might want to take them up on their offers, but at other times, the offer is useless because it will lead to your demise and destruction! And the voices in your head don't care about the legal system...
