Loitering, sound ordinance, and other misdemienor laws apply to every one or no one. The city of Springdale AR is up for a law suite the first time they try to fine me fo such!

Right, the way to freedom is to publicy declare oneself to be a confrontational donkey. I remember as a child hearing and saying "he did it first!".
