Beauty comes from the inside. There have been many beautiful woman I've met that are physically attractive but are socially inept and many people find them difficult to be around and ugly on the inside.
The most important thing anyone could do to be more attractive to other people is to work on their character. It's much easier to enjoy spending time with someone who is humble, caring, giving, and unselfish, than the most beautiful supermodel who makes everyone around her feel bad about themselves.

if someone will like you for your outer body shell ( :P ) you are probably best without him.
if someone will like you for the person you are, he will like you no matter how you look.
so don't ruin your life by planting stuff in your body, or slicing yourself to pieces.
