I love Jimmy Page and I think Stairway To Heaven is the hardest song to play on a guitar. I have tried to learn it for years and just can't get it right. Page uses a double neck guitar because parts of the song are played on a six string and parts are played on a twelve string and it is just easier if you have both guitars in one place rather than have to switch guitars when needed. Jimmy Page is an absolute genius and he is definitely my favorite guitarist ever. Led Zeppelin is also my favorite group. Just my opinion, tho.

It IS a great solo and a defining moment in music.
But, if you want to hear some fantastic guitar playing, why not listen to anything by Eric Clapton!

It is definitely one of the best solos ever. I don't play guitar, but my boyfriend does, and he said it is one of the most difficult songs to play!

definite, the hollow is the perfect, it makes you want to take heed to the music extra and then it in simple terms keeps getting extra perfect.... i like the guitar in Boston's "Foreplay" .... Oh, and Foreigner's "urgent" has a funky guitar establishing.
