I think Robert Smith would kick the crap outta Morrissey in an out and out brawl.
Musically, while I like Morrissey/The Smiths...I prefer The Cure.

I always liked the Smiths better. What I like about them is the contrast between the usually depressing lyrics and the upbeat music that accompanies them.

I think there is no question. The Cure is probably the best band of the three you've listed. I'm obviously a huge fan.
