i agree. it is unfortunate that competition and stealing of ideas is what makes the world go round. there is nothing like the rising threat of another nation.... hence the whole Iraq issue.

Based on the conquests and pilaging that both the Roman Empire and the Egyptian Dynasty's showed as the way to influence is to Rule and Conquest.

And not to seem Anti-American, can you see there are striking simularities to the way George Bush is running your country now, and how those 2 other dynasty's ruled and conquered, I say this as an impartial observer here in Canada, not being to judgemental I hope.

Being brutally honest and not liking the answer much, competition makes the world go round. If we actually did confer with other nations, the UN would not be in the chaos it is now, wars would not be fought, hunger would be alleviated, racism, repression , genocide, religious differences would not exist. It'd be nice to have ' you and me working together in the world" but it's not realistic because the world thrives on the haves and have nots.

Sadly, the security branch of people would think competition.
The economic branch of people would think of sharing in order to exploit.

The smartest and overall efficient way however is to share and collaborate in all interests.
