I think that women wear skirts knowing that sooner or later they are going to flash people. There's not way around it. I don't care how lady like you are, accidents still happen. Some girls don't care at all and some get turned on by it. I've seen some girls at the mall that walk up escalators with very short minis like nothing, while others cover themselves.
I think that the only reason that panty flashing is such a big deal is because women make it a big deal. They try so darn hard to hide it from us, that it makes us even more curious. It's like when you tell a child not to do something. The more you tell him not to, the more he wants to.

I saw one girl who had a unique solution to that problem. She worked in a shoe store where she had to climb a ladder to get at some of the shoes. She climbed up and jumped down. Of course when she jumped down, her short skirt flew up, but I didn't notice any panties. I bought the shoes.

If its a short skirt the whole idea is to show off in a way.....so I really dont care what shows...if im going to talk the talk I am going to have to walk the walk you know?

some ladies have such low self-worth that their entire identity is defined by using their sexuality. So, they use their bodies to entice interest, adult men, etc. the worry is that it is frequently the worst style of interest. think of the debate. "She is a ****! She in no way wears panties and he or she flashes her stuff for all of us who cares to look." etc. it is unhappy. some are entire sluts. Others are desperate for interest. nevertheless others haven't any thought a thank you to act like females. yet NO female is going without panties in a quick skirt for convenience! this is like saying, I walked into church completely nude, by way of fact outfits binds me.

what's there to fear ? people seeing panties ? you can plenty of panties at the store, its not cause i'm wearing em that they're any different...

I really like long dresses. My bf enjoys the short ones. So my wardrobe is filled w/ 1/2 and 1/2.
