my welcome screen is huge?

why are all the webpages coming in so huge I can't even see my whole welcome screen without scrolling up, down and side to side
anyone have any advice

turn your computer off, then on again.

Is your text size very big? If so, when you go to your welcome screen on the Internet, click on "View" on your toolbar and then go to text size you can change that. If your talking about your letter for your icons, then left click, and go to properties, Appearance and then Font size, you can change that. Sorry if it doesn't help!
