I have been wondering about this for a year now and I know how Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, and Joey are conncted but I can't figuer her out.

Monica met her back when Phoebe was on the street and she was so scary that they wound up as room mates back when the Central Perk was a bar, Chandler lived with another guy, and ross was recently divorced. Joey moved in with Chandler trying to hit on Monica. Phoebe tried to getit on with Ross though that went no where. Then Rachel left her fiancee and moved in with Monica after Phoebe got a place of her own because Monica was such a neat freak.

I think she somehow became friends with Monica and that's how she fits in. You know I don't know if they ever really told.
