my family says I spoil my husband way too much. I do everything BUT wipe his butt after he goes to the bathroom! yes , I even butter each slice of bread for him , during a meal. Is there such a thing as spoiling him too much?

lol , girl...you may regret it someday. but who am I to say anything , I spoil my ol' man too. He spoils me too though , but he doesn't butter my damn bread during a meal....lol

If this makes you happy and then I say go for it, tell your family to mind there own business. But on the other hand, you don't want spoil him to much, because he will expected it all the time, even when you don't want to.

Of course you can spoil him too much. Let me ask you this, does he spoil you back? Be careful as he could come to take you for granted eventually.

YES!!!!! He is a grown man, right? what does he do for you? i am not saying it doesn't feel good to spoil your man or to be spoiled for that matter..but there is a line..and when it gets to that point what you are doing now won't be enough..he will want more..and expect it since you do so much for him now..

Yes I think you can over do it. Showing someone you love them and "acting like his mother" are two different things. I my self would be a little offend as a man if my wife Buttered my bread. I think you need to let him do some stuff for himself....just my opinion.

No....if you don't mind doing it then its fine. Don't let other pple criticize your marriage. They are just jealous because they don't treat their husbands that way and they know they should. I spoil mine.....but he also spoils me in return.
