Pure humanity means that we are sympathetic and respectful to those of all walks of life. We practice kindness not hate.

Hate and prejudice are not normal instincts for any species. They are created & bred in our psyche and the channel can be turned off.

a_911girl... I agree that perceptions of right and wrong, good and evil vary from group to group. Humans do not have to agree with each other to practice humanity. We need to accept that each individual has their own ideals and beliefs and that each individual is allowed the freedom to live them out.
What we don't need is the bloodshed simply because someone is different or lives differently. Deep down we all feel the same way. We all bleed the same colour.

Since most of our problems with each other seem to be the result of ideas imposed on us by religions or politics of some kind, it seems possible that some other conditions could exist where we simply see and accept things as they are, and "face the universe as one."
This could only happen if we all were first able to overcome our personal opinions and prejudices, and under the present conditions this doesn't seem likely. Before we can do anything, though, we first have to have the idea of it, and presenting the idea as you have done here is at least a step in the right direction. What happens then is up to others.

I, by no means am a philosopher or familiar with that field. what I do know a little about is human nature. What I have come to observe/realize is that peoples' perceptions of right and wrong, good and evil vary from group to group. Therefore to try to get human kind together to agree and what is right for itself would be a very difficult thing to acheive, almost impossible. The barriers your speak of are usually what differentiates one group from another and only a truly liberated mind would be able to adopt a more universal outlook and set their own "barriers" aside.

Are you talking about the perfection of the human race? If so: Those that survive the next two hundred years may have a chance of starting over and doing it right next time. If they fail, the cycle will start again. It may take a million years, but one day...

People are able, yes, more than able. The question is 'are we willing.'Are we willing to accept the fact that no race on this planet is any better than the others? We are all different, but that does not mean we should turn on each other. Rather, we should learn from each other. Snowflakes could teach us alot. They say that no two snowflakes are alike, yet they all seem to fall TOGETHER from the sky.

Yes, It's going to take clearing the cause of irrational and reactive behaviour, unwanted attitudes , physical conditions etc from mankind.
This does have a single source and the technology does exist to get rid of it.
Recommend you read the book "Dianetics The Modern Science of Mental Health" by L Ron Hubbard
This book explains where this comes from and how to get rid of it.

Perfection is static and absolute while humanity and way of existence is approximately substitute and evolution. i think of there are extra effective suggestions and worse ones yet i do no longer think of perfection is conceivable, on condition that no 2 people see the international in precisely the comparable way who's to assert what perfection even is? in one in each of his songs, Sting writes: to seek for perfection Is all very properly yet to look for Heaven Is to stay right here in Hell foodstuff for concept...

I will be friends with any person of any race, creed or color that is willing to genuinely be my friend. However, I don't see that as happening too often.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, we haven't even come to a consensus as to what a 'pure humanity' is.
