Ask your doctor before your continue with your physical routine. Some exercising is ok, others is not. Your doctor will know best.

I don't know if I would be doing sit-ups while being pregnant for the simple fact that sit-ups are for the tightening and firming of the abs and that's like the last thing you should be doing. Other exercises are fine as long as they are not strenuous.

You can until you doctor tells you not to. you are not suppose to do anything on you back after your fourth month. it reduces oxygen to the baby. I just gave birth in aug. i didn't do any sit ups at all. Walking, swimming, and prenatal yoga are safe to do but sit ups id say no.

Ask your doctor, I would say maybe stomach crunches that lift your head, but not your whole back.
