Nope. He brought the books with him, he even said he did. Then he tried to backtrack and say there was nothing in the contract about having books.
After that was shot down by all the others, he claimed he was set up.
Also, he left the property alone - also against the contract. Even if someone did "show him the door", he is an adult and signed a legal document. He is responsible for his own actions.

But didn't it have more to do with the fact that he left Parsons (name of school ?) and went somewhere and was online looking at design ideas? In the interview in yesterdays paper Tim Gunn mentioned that not only was he chatting with other potental designers, but he was looking at past designers who were famous and designs that didn't catch on that should be used again. So actually the fact that he broke the first rule of leaving and corresponding with people on line is what got him the boot. so if he did get set up someone on line snitched on him.

He was not set up. The guy's a jerk. He thinks he's superior, so rules that apply to everyone else doesn't apply to him. Don't you remember the "dog challenge" when he didn't feel like making an outfit for the dog (even though it was required). To him, it was stupid so he didn't make one.
Guys like him have this superiority complex and think that they're so great and can get away with everything. They like doing their own thing regardless of boundaries and they especially like not having to follow rules.
I'm glad he was kicked off. He was too full of himself.

do not you like PR?! He did make it to Olympus trend Week, yet Laura instructed Tim Gunn that she thought he had "outdoors help" by way of fact he became thoroughly finished together with his series and it became so properly-made. Laura stated that he had in no way sewn that properly in the previous, and no one else became thoroughly finished. Michael additionally felt this form as quickly as Laura delivered it up, yet i don't think of that Uli extremely did. Tim stated that he could have the manufacturers seem into it the superb they might, yet certainly one of those element could be difficult to show. in the event that they are able to show that he did, he would be disqualified. I examine a piece of writing approximately this final week, yet i could not the link at present.

Look how arrogant he was. It is like he had the speach reherhased in acting class. No I do not think it was a set up. I think he knew exactly what was going on and had prepared his speech already. It was really dramatic. They should give him a honorary award for the speech, but that is it. Cheating is Cheating. Do we want a show or do we want cheating??? It is called a chalenge.

No, I think he obviously violated the terms of the contract. He even admitted to it. What the other person said is right (I think). He wasn't only eliminated for having the books in possession, but also for leaving when he wasn't supposed to. Personally, I think it was him showing his personality (arrogance that he wouldn't be caught, and if so, not punished).

I think that the guy who caught him had no business in his personal area. That seemed a little hinky. Why was he snooping around anyway? Not to mention he had just said how much he didn't like him before he busted him. Yeah he was set up.

no i don't think that. He just needed to blame someone and why not production....plus why didn't he try to defend himself when Tim told him to leave? He should have said something if production was the reason why he left in the first place. He just needs to grow up and take responsibility for his actions.

No way. I'm sure the producers want drama, but I doubt they were that clever to create what Keith did. He's just trying to deflect culpability of what he did. =^p
