Well, being a Witch, I use a lot of herbs. Many of the cooking variety. I also own Rue, Oak Bark, Lavender, Saffron, Mandrake Root (do not ingest!), Cinnamon Sticks, Mugwort, Vervain, Dried Roses... you get the idea. Too many to name here!
If you want fake stuff, there are lots in Harry Potter, except for Mandrake and Wolfsbane/Aconite, those are real.

Pick up any Book on Wicka or Witch Craft
Stick with the Real Thing, it sounds better that the Fake stuff!

Feather, scales, and other parts of animals that are real or imagined. Some real ones include "the Hand of Glory", human sculls and other human bones, voodoo and witches' dolls, dirt from graves, hair and nail clippings from an intended victim, and candles shaped into the form of a male or female human.
