we could eliminate world debt by taking the power to create money from nothing away from the large central banks ... if govts would seize control of their own economies away from the banks there wouldnt be a problem plain and simple.

"Elimination of world debt"? Just drop the debt. I'd rather keep the nuclear weapons in case we need to engage in the elimination of the world.

excuse my ignorance, but I do not think it is possible to recycle a Nuclear WEAPON, what. It is like saying C.D.s rot, and breast implants rot when the person is buried. Look. you cannot recyle a flaming nuclear weapon. ask someone else.

And heaps more money to build adequate storage sites.
