If you are working with microsoft word, you probably have Microsoft Speak. If you type a sentence in Word, then put your cursor at the beginning of the sentence, and hit the "windows" button and "S" it will announce what you wrote. You can also change the voices.

On your computer go to the "Start" button, "Accessories", "Accessibility", "Narrator".
