my low beam headlights don't work. bulbs okay. some times directional lights don't work either.. any suggestion's

Probably the combo switch (the turn signal, dimmer, wiper C/C etc).
As for the wiring diagram, not available on the net. Purchase a repair manual at the parts store, book store, or on-line. Go to the library for information at no charge. If it must be on-line, try here -------->

CHILTON's or HAYNES! They have the circuit and vacuum diagrams. Sounds like you have a short between the two or possibly something going on in the steeering column.
