my dance teacher comes up with wierd dance mpves and we have to do them for the show should i tell her to change them or just not be in the show

practice the dance move with your eyes closed, at home to the music of your choice. Ask your teacher to tell you how to be comfortable doing the move, tell her how you feel. You are probably not the only one in the dance class who feels this way.
Ask your dance teacher for help, it is her responsibility to train you to do those move.

perhaps you could make a suggestion or two. be very respectful, and maybe she will listen to you. the key is to make her still feel in charge and as though she has your respect. try making the suggestions like this.... "i was thinking that it might make our dance routine even better if we did this... what do you think about that?"
that is one choice... if you quit, you might really regret it later on. quitting does suck later. trust me. if you really like to dance, then stick with it. it is a good opportunity and can open up other opportunities for you. if you do it without really enjoying it, then perhaps it is time to quit.
