What's it mean in horroscope terminology when your Pluto controls your rising Saturn and etc.?

What represents what? And how does it affect this that and the other?!? Thanks (ahead) for your answers, guys.

A planet doesn't control another planet. But it does 'rule' another planet. In your case Saturn is probably ruled by Pluto. That would put Saturn in the sign of Scorpio. Though you would have to tell us exactly what signs the planets are in, in order to verify that.

A rising planet means that it is in the 1st House of your Natal Chart, or just above the Ascendant in your 12th House. The beginning of your 1st House, which is also the beginning of the Chart, is called the Ascendant. At the moment you were born, the degree of the Zodiac exactly on the eastern horizon at the location you were born is called the Ascendant.

If you went outside now and looked at the eastern horizon, you would be looking at the Ascendant of this particular moment - it would be a certain degree of a certain sign of the Zodiac.

The Ascendant degree changes every 4 minutes, and the sign changes every 2 hours. That's why, you need to give accurate Time Of Birth and Place Of Birth for your Natal Chart.

The Ascendant and 1st House represent your personality, how you interact with others and your physical appearance. The planet ruling your Ascendant (i.e. the planet that 'owns' the sign on the cusp of the Ascendant), as well as any planets in the 1st House, will indicate what sort of personality and appearance you have.

You don't say what your Ascendant is. But you say that your Saturn is rising. It's quite likely, but not certain, that Scorpio is your Ascendant. Or your Ascendant could be towards the end of Libra, which can still put your Saturn in the 1st House or 'rising'.

So, just from the sketchy data you gave, we can't tell what your Ascendant is. You have either a Scorpio or a Libra personality and appearance. Scorps are intense and secretive, and Librans are sociable and charming.

The Saturn in there means that, regardless of whether you're a Scorpio or Libra Ascendant, you do have some hardness and coldness in your demeanour, and people may see you as serious and aloof. But you are also a responsible, hardworking person.

you are talking about aspects...whenever a planet is forming any kind of aspect to the other one, a faster planet is controlled (shaped) by the slower planet. 'rising' means your rising sign -the sign in your Ascendant on your birth chart. this is the first impression you make on people and how others in general c u. if your sun sign is lets say, pisces and your asc sign is leo, your are truly Pisces within yourself while most people c you acting (becuase its your social mask) as Leo. the fact that planet Saturn is rising in this case, means that Saturn is located in your rising sign, which effects your behaviour in front of other people. Saturn represents a lot of things, among which are coldness, ambitions, limits..etc. This can be interpreted as lets say 'your limited actions as Leo'- meaning any characteristics of Leo are limited (or sort of cut off) while you are in public. Pluto is generally planet of exremes and regeneration (ending and beginning). Pluto (slower planet) controls (effects, shapes) your rising Saturn (faster planet)' would mean, for example, that your cold actions towards other people (Saturn function) in generall are shaped by the need to take extremes. because you want either all or nothing, you will take cold nesessary actions while dealing with people, you will say/do what you want and when you need it, take risk, no matter how good or bad it would look to others....etc. you have to know symbolism attached to planets, signs and aspects in order to keep interpreting it...

Pluto ain't a planet anymore. That means it has no astrological bearing anymore. Darn thing is so far away.. and so dang small, didn't have any bearing anyway!
