The Bears have mostly the same defense they had last year, and spent the offseason fixing the few weaknesses they had in the secondary. They might give up some yardage (bend but don't break) but they do what counts - keeping the opponents out of the end zone, so they currently lead the league in scoring defense (as they did last year). And having what looks like a top 5 offense to help keep the defense off the field can only help.
As for the Ravens, they're about the only team that has a legitimate argument to say they're as good as the Bears. I'm not ready to say they are yet, only that Ray Lewis is clearly the difference-maker there.

Great question! I would have to say Da Bears, statistically the Ravens don't even have the best defense in the AFC, that honor goes to the Chargers.
