Excellent question. It seems to me that "he who pays the piper, picks the tune". In a true democracy, such provisions should be made as to allow society to control the number of illegitimate children. However, one must also keep in mind that all illegitimate children are not bad, nor are their families. But for those that abuse system, fitting consequences should exist.

That is totally consistent with the feminist movement. In 1993, N.O.W. announced that the feminization of the US was complete. That means they admitted 13 years ago, that women are totally in charge here.

So, with women in charge, and all expecting to get money from men or the government, no matter what they do themselves, why on earth would the women in charge permit ANYONE to tell a woman what she can or cannot do, including having illegitimate babies?

We have no problem telling men what to do, when to do it, and with which hand to do it. But, we do not tell women what to do.

I like the part in history where the barbarians came in, killed all the wimpy men, and raped all the bossy domineering women. Neat!

THINK it through folks. IF only those who could afford children were allowed to have children, our economy would collapse, because those who can afford them, would not dare scrub the toilets at the Burger King.

Our economy requires poor people.

I see no problem with children, whatever their background. You should not judge someone for being the product of their parents, who are not bad people for having a child out of wedlock. Besides, it sounds like social eugenics, which the practice of is wrong
