These are all symptoms of concussion. The person needs to see a dr sooner than immediately. Concussion if left untreated can result in brain damage or even death, what it is is bruising of the brain, ie bleeding within the brain. Don't mess around with this.

This is a very high syptom of a concussion. Especially if these symptoms have lasted for several hours or days, seek medical assistance ASAP. It could prevent multiple medical complications later. Definitely consent to a CT scan of the person's head for safety.

yeah...you need to see a dr. If you are having problems with dizziness your regular doctor can refer you to an ENT, a specialist that can help deal with dizziness and vertigo because it could be coming from your inner ear...There are also physical therapists who specialize in treating people with inner ear problems...

It could be a concusion or worse. I would get to Dr. and have x-ray to make sure the skull has no injury to it. It could be very dangerous!!!
