its a dance tune with some black man dancing on a mat outside a diner aparrently he comes back there every year and has been going there since he was a kid some sort of ritual he bings his mat music box and dances all day please please help

i HAVE BEEN ASKING MY FRIENDS THIS QUESTION FOR OVER A YEAR !I think its the bloke from faithless but i havent cracked it yet ..... She has left him and he comes back every year on a certain day.and dances on his flat packed cardboard box and his boom box.......He does real break dance moves its a great tune
