Galactus is the EATER OF WORLDS! Naruto powerful as he may be has yet to consume one world.... let alone many!
Galactus wins if for no other reason than he controls the power cosmic and gains sustincance from eating entire planets.... while Naruto practices arcane ninjitsu and gains sustinance from ramen noodles.

Galactus would simply send over the Silver Surfer to entertain Naruto and all of his ninja friends.
they'd be asking what kind of chakra is this, what awesome power, and suddenly, shut down; Galactus has eaten half the planet already. the Surfer flies away and Galactus eats the rest. end of story.
