It usually takes about 3 months for your hormones to get back to the way they were, it is very nerve wrecking trying to concive with a irregular cycle try some Dong Quai tea or in herb form or pills to regulate your cycle. also try testing (ovulation) 14 days after you last see blood test everyday at the same time to find your best days. Also use some Red Rasberry tea and nettles this will help you tremendously.

I got pregnant after stopping the pill but it took me awhile. Honestly the more I stressed on it mentally it didn't happen. Then once I let it go from my consious and remembered I forgot about it for those couple weeks, I missed a period and was already pregnant. And having a fertile man helps... Good luck!

Try conceiving with your partner behind you with a pillow on your stomach OR positon you on your back with a pillow lifting your booty then after release.. don't move.. keep your pelvis lifted (use a pillow) and stay like this for 20 minutes. That helps too!

*the key is to help direct the sperm down towards the correct spot... without spillage..

good luck!

To conceive you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

It takes up to a year for a normal woman to concieve. It can take quite a few months for your body to regulate after the pill. It took three months for your body to start regulating TO the pill, and about the same or twice as long coming off.

Just have sex and enjoy it. WHen you start trying to MAKE yourself pregnant you throw stress into the mix and you will never get pregnant.

Relax, have sex, enjoy your life. Babies are a result.
