anyone knows scholarships source for Egyptians wanting to study abroad?
and what about student exchange programs?

i have BA already and i want to study for post graduate degree abroad, but i cant afford to pay as an international student.
i'll appreciate ur help

You need to contact a professor (or three) who you want to work with, and see if they can fund you.

You might want to look into applying for a Fulbright scholarship:

When I was learning Arabic, I had a tutor in Washington DC who is a young Moroccan lady, a graduate of Al-Akhawayn University, and a Fulbright scholar getting her MBA from George Washington University there in Foggy Bottom. I have still her e-mail, and if you're interested, can ask her if she'd be willing to correspond with you, tell you how she got the Fulbright from the U.S. State Department, application procedures, etc.
