i have problems with my beard!?

i tend to pull my beard hairs cause ive started donig it out of nowhere and i just cant stop it... it seems to be falling off ... and im getting a bald spot where i pull my hairs.....what could it be??? im gettin real worried here...

I used to do that too but somehow got away from the habit, I think its a sign that something is really bothering you. I did it alot before my divorce when I was under a lot of stress. It may be just a "nervous habit" and substituting something else may help. Take up smoking or chewing gum maybe.

Of course you may want to see a professional shrink, get yourself put in an institution where they will zone you out with pills and you will not be bothered by your beard anymore.

It sounds like a bordom/nervous habit to me. I used to twirl my hair when I was a kid so I was bald on the side of my head until I was like 9. It's because you are pulling out your roots. Its nothing If you quit pulling on it your hair should grow back. Dont get too worried it's only hair and if anything its only your beard and not on your head. P.s. You wont have to shave it if you stop pulling on it. Just let the hair grow back and when it starts to grow back in, trim the rest to match your new grown spot.

When people do this by pulling their hair out until they are bald .. it is a clinical disease. Kind of like Obsessive Compulsive. There are medications that can help you. Check with your Doctor. Good Luck ! :)

Shave it! You can cause permanant damage! If you develop bald spots people will probably stare at you.

Shave it and let it grow again and stop pulling on it...not attractive
