probably Chuck Norris, but if Gandalf the Grey and Gandalf the White, "Monty Python and the Holy Grail"'s Black Knight, Benito Mussolini and The Blue Meanie, Cowboy Curtis and Jambi the Genie, Robocop, the Terminator, Captain Kirk, and Darth Vader
Lo Pan, Superman, every single Power Ranger, Bill S. Preston and Theodore Logan, Spock, The Rock, Doc Ock, and Hulk Hogan all came out of nowhere lightning fast, they would kick Chuck Norris in his cowboy @$$ :P

First of all chuck norris does action movies i doubt that he knows martial arts in real life and he is very tiny to Mr.T and Mr.T is a BIG dude if you know what im sayin so any time you see that fight in REAL life Mr.T is gonna whoop his sorry,old,cheesy behind of Chuck norris

well chuck norris is skilled in martial arts and is a pretty nifty fighter, but because of MR T's strength, size and aggression, i have the feeling he has the edge because of this-and only by a slight margin
