Where is "love is the answer" sampled from?

Keen to know where Bob Sinclar/liquid people sampled the original from...

Cerrone released the song "Love Is The Answer" in 1977 on the album Cerrone 3: Supernature.

Bob Sinclair then did a tribute album "Cerrone by Bob Sinclair" in 2001, and the song was on it.

Then the song pops up again on Bob Sinclair's album Africanism in 2002 listed as Cerrone VS. Liquid People

I couldn't find any reference to Cerrone getting it from anywhere else so I am guessing that it was originally his song.
